液壓絞車是引進意大利技術，并作為進一步改進的新穎產品。該產品拉力為5KN-300KN規格齊全，品種多樣。其結構主要由液壓馬達（低速或高速馬達）、液壓常閉多片式制動器、行星齒輪箱、離合器(選配)、卷筒、支撐軸、機架、壓繩器(選配)等組成。
